Authentic Work Mentoring provides LGBTQIA+ people affirming employment mentoring, workplace transition support, and training for employment services and organisations. All support is trauma-aware, practical, and grounded in real workplace experience. Sessions are structured, time-efficient and focused on tangible outcomes for both clients and providers
